Do you really know your congregation?

Most pastors know some basic information about the people in their church. From attendance numbers, to the ratio of adults to kids, to the number of small groups and financial giving of the church membership, pastors are typically aware of the numbers. But, beyond the numbers, how well do pastors really know the people of their churches?

Though we’re inclined to believe that small church pastors have a better understanding of their congregants, even the small church leaders struggle with having the time to spend with members. Church leaders need to have visibility and insight into the people, ministries and activities of their church.

Beyond the Numbers
