Hi,
Can anyone verify that the iPhone app is currently work with their account? Ours was working until our final data conversion, but now I'm unable to get past my security code page (yes, I'm entering the correct code).
I have enable the app in admin -> integration -> applications. Am I forgetting a step?

Try going into Admin -> Portal users and edit user for one of the people running the F1 touch app. Then make sure the portal user is linked to the individual's record. I had to redo this step after FDC and it solved the same issue.

I deleted and reinstalled the app and it started working again.
this same thing is happening to me. The only difference is I have never even used the app before. I just downloaded it, and it never worked. will try to reinstall.
You do have to enable the app in the portal.
Admin -> Integrations -> Applications
