Stuck in the requirement phase!
I have volunteers stuck at the verify requirement phase because we cannot get ahold of they originally listed as a reference. The phone number changed or the person moved and cannot be contacted at all. I cannot edit the reference that was submitted to update info or change the person and my applicant cannot move to the approved status until I conduct an interview with the original reference listed. My only option is to say that I conducted an interview with that reference and make a note that says I really didn't.
Can we edit the reference or have an option to add more than three references but still only require three to become approved?

I also have volunteers stuck at the requirement phase because they entered incorrect references. Some actually entered their own name or their spouse. Is there any way to change the name listed as the reference? We can put the correct name used for the reference check in the notes section but I was hoping to be able to actually change the reference name.
