Data Quality Letter? Trying to do a Data cleanse.

We are thinking about running the Data Quality Report A1203. We have quite a few people in there set as Members, Attendees and Visitors that we're pretty sure aren't attending anymore. Has anyone have success with a letter? My suggestion was maybe an email, but then it won't have the customized relevent information as what A1203 generates. If anyone has advice on this, would love to hear it. Thanks!
