Combining Groups

Type: Forum Post

Over time we have created groups of people who have attended different events. Now we would like to combine all 3 groups to create a master list of attendees. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible!

* Go into one of the groups you wish to merge & click the box at the top to "Select All" individuals who are in that group.
* Scroll to the bottom of the page to the gear and select "Add to Group".
* From the drop down that appears, select either the very top option of "Add to a new group" (you will create it right then) or pick a group from the list.
*Click Add.

Repeat these steps for each of the groups you wish to merge into one. When you are done adding everyone into the Master group, assuming you no longer need the individuals separated anymore, you can go through and delete all of the original groups.
