Misinformation
I have a suggestion related to the "Online Giving" module.
This may sound like a small thing, but it's been confusing me (and surely others) for years: Whenever I complete a successful online-giving payment, the system immediately pulls up a window, with this message at the top: http://www.fellowshipnashville.org/mediafiles/successful-payment.jpg
On careful examination, the intent of the verbiage is to reassure the user that all is well, but the implementation is completely contrary to that goal: Anything written in large, red caps—accompanied by an exclamation mark icon—will be immediately received as an error message by the average person.
Please consider a better, more effective way to communicate this information. It would be wonderful if an experienced graphic designer—or two, or three—could be consulted on the implementation of this payment confirmation page (and a few others pages, as well).

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Once again, I'd like to mention that this is still a problem. No solution has been implemented. A successful online-giving transaction is still met with what clearly appears to be an error message.
People are nervous enough as it is when sending their private financial data across the Internet, without receiving confusing messages in return.
I think it would benefit many, and I would personally love to see this response updated for the 21st century: http://www.fellowshipnashville.org/mediafiles/successful-payment.jpg
Thanks!
