How Do You Update F1 Data Internally

We recently limited database updates to the Database Specialist.  We need a process to let me know when info needs to be updated, such as a phone number.  My first thought was just an email, but someone else suggested creating a form.

We have a registry card and WebLink, but this is for internal use. An example is when the Youth Pastor is on the phone and gets a new email address for a student.  His admin used to enter it.

What is your process to get the info that needs to be updated to the database person?

We have created an email address called update@marshill.org where all of our superusers and ministry leaders either forward emails or send emails to so that we can change records to updated ones. We have two people who have access to this email box. This consolidates the requests and simplifies responding and taking the action in F1.
