Check In Printing Tags

Type: Forum Post

Hi everyone, We have 3 services. 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30. There are some of the kids that stay for all 3 services. But when you check them in you have to check them into all 3 services in order to get a correct roster for each service. But when you print the tags it then prints them a tag for every service. Is there a way to make the system check them into all services and only print 1 tag that says all 3 service on it?

Thanks

No, there is not currently a way to do this.

We were concerned about this at first as well... didn't want to waste name labels. We have found that it is a good thing. Our kids wear both tags so the volunteers can see who is staying longer. It helps us with check out because we know who should be leaving and who should be staying! Just passing along a "pro" we have found!

Blessings,

Sharon
