HELP NEEDED FOR ATTENDANCE REPORTS!

What report can be used to let our sunday school teachers know when a child has been out of class? We were using M1217E, but this report drops a child's name (even when assigned) from the report when the child has not attended regularly. I need a report that is going to show all assigned names every time. Any suggestions?
