Ad Hoc Reporting and Remote Deposit Capture

Type: Blog Post
By: Curtis Harris on 6.06.11

These two exciting updates were announced during the Roadmap Keynote with Kingsley Allen and Curtis Simmons at DC11.  Premier customers can now contact us to participate in a limited release of Ad Hoc Reporting and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) capabilities.

Ad Hoc Reporting

Ad Hoc Reporting is an extremely powerful analytic tool, giving you a great deal of flexibility and access to your data. Fully trained users will be able to build complex reports that join together disparate sets of data, as well as control the data output fields and format. These user defined reports can be published for other users to access.

You can read about all the features available in this roadmap blog. If you are a Premier customer and want to learn more about this, please open a support ticket.

Remote Deposit Capture

Fellowship Technologies has partnered with Profit Stars to create an integrated RDC solution; this allows you to scan your checks with a batch check scanner and electronically send the images to your bank for processing. The benefits include improved time to funding, cost reduction, and reduced administrative overhead.

You can see the detailed description of this feature including screen shots in this roadmap blog. Premier customers can indicate their interest in learning more about RDC by opening a support ticket.

I hope the ad hoc reporting won't permanently be limited to Premier customers. We have several members involved with F1 who are extremely competent in SQL, and we have really been looking forward to this feature. However, we are a small church who couldn't possibly affort the Premier product.

Thanks for making the sign-up form for the ad-hoc reporting only exept US phone numbers... NOT.

I have had to use a dummy phone number of (999) 999-9999

You should have used "other" as the phone number field option http://support.formstack.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=128

Otherwise, really looking forward to getting onboard with this feature :-)
(you know I love you guys really)
