Why did Active want to partner with ConnectionPower?
Active Network's decision to acquire ConnectionPower was a natural
progression from their recent acquisition of Fellowship Technologies.
This move is a result of Active's strategy to offer a wide range of
products and services that connect people with the various activities
they love, want and need to do. The Active Network team spent over two
years looking at all of the companies in the church management software
industry and pursued Fellowship Technologies and ConnectionPower. -
How does this acquisition benefit me?
The acquisition will ultimately provide you with an unparalleled
set of ministry products to help you manage and grow your church. Over
time, the unique ministry features of ConnectionPower will be
incorporated into Fellowship Technologies' solutions into a branded
suite of products called ActiveWorks | Faith. Active Networks brings
additional technology and development resources in key functional areas
such as: online payment processing, email, and data center support.
These technology advances, combined with increased efficiencies, should
bring more value for your ministry dollar, or put another way, a greater
Return on Ministry. -
What staff changes will take place at ConnectionPower?
None. The existing ConnectionPower team will remain intact.

Will we continue to receive the same level of service from the ConnectionPower team?
Absolutely! We still have the same God-sized vision, which
includes providing passionate and professional support services to all
ConnectionPower partners. -
What will happen to My ConnectionPower Subscription(s) and Use of CP products?
Your ConnectionPower account will remain just as it was prior to
the acquisition. Now, however, you have more choices. You can keep your
account as is and nothing will change. Or, if you so choose, you can
roll your CP account (immediately, or at any time) into a Fellowship One
account with a similar set of products for as close to the same price
as possible. Given that the products and prices do completely not match
up, we will do our best to help you incur no extra costs and you will be
grandfathered in at the lower price for a full year. We also understand
that, for many of you, ConnectionPower has functionalities and features
that you depend on to conduct critical ministry functions. We will be
building out those functionalities so you may want to wait until those
functionalities are added to the F1 product line. Eventually, one
product suite will exist and be branded ActiveWorks | Faith. -
What Happens When My Subscription(s) Renew or I Want to Purchase Another Subscription?
Everything will stay the same with subscription renewals. You will
be noticed of an upcoming renewal and then your form of payment will be
auto-billed for another payment period. If you want to add additional
ConnectionPower modules or talk to someone about the possibilities of
