We are pleased to announce that Active Network has acquired ServiceU, a software provider that helps churches, schools, and nonprofits simplify and automate administrative processes through online transaction services. We are excited to have ServiceU's team join us as we serve the local church!
Adding ServiceU to our family of companies enables the delivery of more services to help churches and schools simplify and automate their events and fundraising efforts. Over time, the unique ministry features of ServiceU will be integrated with Fellowship One into a branded suite of products called ActiveWorks | Faith.
This acquisition, along with the acquisition of Fellowship Technologies earlier this year, reinforces Active Network’s industry position as the largest provider of cloud-based solutions for the local church.
